Himaly Warranty

Himaly stands behind the quality of its home fitness equipment. This page explains our general warranty approach, product support steps, and what to prepare before contacting us.

Limited Warranty

Himaly products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Coverage applies to products purchased from authorized Himaly sales channels and to the original purchaser; it is non-transferable.

Exact coverage length and terms are defined by the purchase channel, product listing, or included documentation. This page summarizes our general policy so you know what to expect.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that appear during the warranty period
  • Parts that fail under normal household use (for example a pedal bearing or a resistance mechanism)
  • Issues present on arrival that are reported promptly

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Misuse, accidents, or damage from improper assembly or storage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Consumable parts such as straps, batteries, and non-durable accessories
